What types of contracts are available?
We offer a range of opportunities, including short-term contracts, long-term assignments, and even pathways to permanent placement.

Do you consider new graduates?

Absolutely, we proudly support new graduates entering into the field with ongoing mentorship from seasoned healthcare professionals.

Do I need to hold licensure before applying?

While therapists typically hold licensure in the state(s) where they practice, it is not always a necessity. We can assist with licensing for new locations as needed

Will I receive mentorship or support during my contract?
Absolutely. We are committed to your professional growth and provide mentorship throughout your assignments.

What is the onboarding process like?
Our onboarding process includes credential verification, licensing assistance (if applicable), and facility-specific training to set you up for success.

What settings do you staff for (e.g., outpatient, home health)?
We staff for a variety of settings, including acute care, home health, skilled nursing, pediatrics and outpatient clinics.

Movement Mentors is based in Atlanta, GA, and currently serves facilities across Georgia and Hawaii. We’re actively expanding and are always open to partnering with providers in new regions.

What type of placement options do you provide?

We provide flexible staffing solutions tailored to your facility’s needs—including short-term coverage, long-term contracts, and direct hire opportunities.

Do you only provide local therapists?
While many of our therapists are local, we also have a network of skilled professionals ready to travel as needed.

How quickly can you fill a staffing request?
Our network of licensed therapists allows us to meet urgent staffing needs, often placing professionals within days.

Do your therapists receive ongoing support and mentorship?
Yes. Our clinicians receive guidance and mentorship from seasoned healthcare professionals, ensuring they deliver high-quality care from day one.
