Physical Therapist, DPT, ACT
Tyler Belt
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), brings over a decade of experience in contract, travel, and full-time clinical roles. After earning a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Missouri in 2015, Tyler co-founded Movement Mentors Therapy Staffing to champion mentorship, clinician advocacy, and professional development. His expertise spans neurological rehab, acute care, home health, skilled nursing, and outpatient settings, including serving as a Clinical Instructor for aspiring physical therapists. A proud son of educators, husband, and father, he is committed to ensuring compassion, empathy, and integrity are the foundation of great care and leadership
Occupational Therapist, MOTR/L
Whitney Belt
Occupational Therapist (MOTR/L) committed to empowering individuals to regain independence and improve their quality of life. Holding a Master's in Occupational Therapy from Maryville University (2014), Whitney brings diverse experience across pediatrics, acute rehab, skilled nursing, and home health settings. Certified in ASTYM and Handwriting Without Tears, she specializes in Early Intervention therapy and has served as a Clinical Instructor and Activities Director. Outside of her professional role, Whitney is a proud wife, mom, and garden enthusiast who finds joy in traveling and cooking with her family

Dallas Tew
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) with over a decade of experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, and concierge physical therapy. A Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) with advanced Dry Needling Certification, Dallas brings expertise in managing general orthopedic injuries, optimizing performance, preventing injuries, and providing post-surgical care. With a deep passion for mentorship and education, and over 7 years of experience as a clinical instructor, he is dedicated to advancing the physical therapy profession by enhancing patient outcomes and inspiring the next generation of clinicians.
